Our terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from eviemae-aromas.co.uk and apply to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Our terms and conditions are regarding the purchase of bath bombs, bath dust, bubble scoops and wax melts from eviemae-aromas.co.uk. By making a purchase, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this page. Please read this section carefully before purchasing from Evie Mae Aromas.
Purchases
All purchases made on the website require payment to be completed before the order will be placed and dispatched.
Items out of stock will be replenished as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Once payment has been received, orders will be dispatched within one working day.
The parcel courier we use is Royal Mail, and our postage is calculated automatically upon weight, by the website, as you add items to your basket.
If you are expecting a delivery and have believe it is late or lost, please contact us directly at eviemaearomas@gmail.com.
Returns
Our returns policy covers 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be in unused condition, in original packaging and in the same condition they arrived in.
Upon return request, an email should be sent to eviemearomas@gmail.com, along with an attached photo of your product to return and proof of purchase. An exchange or refund will be discussed and organised from there.
Our Products
The ingredients used in our products are to a high standard and are all sourced from UK suppliers. We try to support small business' where we can.
Every product is hand poured, and each bath bomb hand painted, therefore some products may differ in colour and design slightly.
Our recipes use 10% of the best quality fragrance oil. This ensures that our scents are strong and long lasting.
Our products are CLP compliant.
